The school's dedicated Safeguarding Team, led by our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL), oversee the implementation of all safeguarding protocols. All staff are extensively trained to recognise and report concerns through the GEMS Safeguarding referral system, ensuring that every individual in our care feels safe, supported, and valued.

Supported by the GEMS Central Safeguarding Team, GEMS Royal Dubai School maintains consistency in safeguarding practices through training, case management, and community engagement, fostering a secure and protective environment for all.
