I enjoy getting to know different students and learning about their unique talents and strengths. Establishing a good rapport with my pupils and promoting the use of a growth mindset is so important to me. Using imaginative approaches to teaching and learning is something that I am passionate about so that pupils in my class make continued progress and learn to become empowered citizens of the world.”
